The hotel is located on a cliff top, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and a variety of toiletries. The buffet restaurant offers a plentiful selection of food, with plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the hotel offers a range of facilities such as a games room and an indoor pool, ensuring entertainment for all guests.
Some guests mentioned that the pool area was not cleaned properly and that the pool bar staff were unpleasant.

All the amenities were up to standard and exceeded our expectations. the Spa centre was luxurious and relaxing, boasting a wide variety of treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were also stunning, offering the perfect place to unwind and bask in the Portuguese sun. the entertainment and live music in the evenings were exceptional and matched the high-end vibe of the hotel. the bar area was also impressive, serving a delightful selection of cocktails.
The public bath cleanliness was the only downfall of our experience at this venue. Despite the Spa centre being outstanding, the public bath could have used more maintenance throughout the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were great, always helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities were great, with three great pools and a fine sea view from the bedroom. The bar entertainment was excellent, offering something different every night. The hotel was also very child-friendly, with a fantastic kids club and poolside games for adults. The food served at the hotel was delicious, with a good variety and mouthwatering desserts. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the town and just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Sao Rafael beach. I highly recommend this resort, especially the all-inclusive package, a real treat.
